Custom Order Policy
Please understand that all orders from Parchment Crafters are custom-manufactured according to your specifications. Each product is uniquely printed with your chosen design in your selected color options (1 color, 2 color, CMYK, or PMS colors).

Our Return Policy: Commitment to Quality & Satisfaction
Approval Process
Before beginning production on any order:
- Our design team will create digital artwork based on your specifications
- This digital proof will be sent to you for review and approval
- Production will only begin after you have reviewed and explicitly approved the digital proof
- Your approval of the digital proof serves as confirmation that the design, colors, text, and all other elements meet your requirements
Return Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are limited to the following circumstances:
- Production Error: If the printed product significantly deviates from your approved digital proof in terms of:
- Color accuracy (beyond standard printing variation)
- Design elements
- Print quality issues
- Damaged Products: Items that arrive damaged due to shipping or handling
- Incorrect Items: If you receive items that do not match your order specifications
Return Process
If you believe your order qualifies for a return under the above criteria:
- Contact Us: Please email [email protected] or call (347) 727-6704 within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the product issue, and a detailed explanation of why the product does not meet the approved specifications
- Evaluation: Our team will review your return request within 3 business days
- Resolution: If your return is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the product at no additional cost
- Partial refund
- Full refund (in cases where replacement is not possible)
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom items where production matches the approved digital proof
- Orders where concerns about color, design, or other specifications were not raised during the proofing stage
- Return requests made more than 7 days after receipt of the product
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed using your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where Parchment Crafters made an error
Shipping Return Items
If you are instructed to return items:
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible
- We will provide a return shipping label if the return is due to our error
- For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Quality Guarantee
While we cannot accept returns for custom products that match your approved proof, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience any quality issues that develop after receipt (such as premature fading or deterioration), please contact us, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
